CONSENT AGENDA - General Business
2. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held June 6, 2024, subject to any necessary corrections.
3. Approve a Glynn County Economic Development Revolving Loan from the revolving loan fund (RLF) in the amount of $100,000 to Elizabeth Davis Senior Adult Day Health, LLC.

4. Approve the Public Transportation Services Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Brunswick and Glynn County to authorize transit services in the County's jurisdiction.

5. Approve the Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus no cost grant extension for a new end date of December 21, 2024.

6. Approve a contract and the issuance of a purchase order to Goodwyn, Mills, and Cawood (GMC), utilizing a professional services exemption, for the Harold Pate Third Floor Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $49,500, with funding to be provided by the FY24 Capital Projects Fund Budget.

7. Approve the Participation Agreement and Standard Conditions, along with the included First Addendum, for the Georgia Specific Service (Logo) Sign Program with Georgia Logos, LLC, with funding to be provided by the Blythe Island Regional Park operating budget.

9. Approve the re-appointment of Travis Johnson, Glynn County Fire Department Captain of Rescue, to service on the Southeast Georgia Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Region IX Council. The term ends June 30, 2026.

10. Approve the re-appointment of Eddie Wildsmith to serve on the Glynn County Zoning Appeals Board. The term begins July 1, 2024 and ends June 30, 2028.
11. Approve the re-appointment of Richard Edgy to serve on the Glynn County Zoning Appeals Board. The term begins July 1, 2024, and ends June 30, 2028.
12. Approve the appointment of Elizabeth "Betsy" Knight to the Dangerous Dog Hearing Board for a four-year term. The term begins immediately and ends June 21, 2028.

14. Approve the FY24 Federal Transit Administration (FTA) 5303 Transit Planning Assistance contract from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and authorize the Chairman to sign the contract.

Award the Glynn County Professional Auditing Services RFP24-042 to Nichols, Cauley and Associates, LLC in a base year amount of $58,500 for the County and $13,000 for the Airport, with subsequent renewal years consistent with the submitted fee proposal, with funding to be provided by the FY25 operating budget.

Approve entering into a Rental Agreement with Turf Tank using a Sole Source Purchasing Exemption to provide a one-year subscription to rent a Turf Tank One+ field marking machine for use at Glynn County Recreation and Parks facilities with funding to be provided by the FY25 Recreation and Parks Operating Budget.

26. Approve the ACCG-IRMA renewal for property and liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,653,862 for the July 1, 2024 – July 1, 2025 period and flood insurance for selected buildings at standard NFIP rates for Glynn County with funding to be provided by the FY25 Operating Budgets.

Approve the Service Agreement for Professional Services with EMC Engineering Services, Inc., including EMC’s General Provisions, and authorize the issuance of a purchase order to EMC Engineering Services, Inc. in the amount of $12,000 for the St. Simons Pier structural assessment with funding to be provided by the FY24 Recreation and Parks Budget.
